Lee Greenhough

Independent Filmmaker

Lee is an award winning Independent Filmmaker, Writer and Director. Originally trained in Method acting, he enjoys working closely with actors to get the best possible emotional performances from them. He has also been mentored in creative writing by a former BAFTA winner and is a regular at the London Screenwriting Festival.

Lee raised a substantial amount of money for the NSPCC with his award winning script and short ‘Three Strikes’.  Also, his short film ‘Sticks and Stones’ had various showing in festivals around the UK, winning several awards including a People’s Choice Award. His latest short film ‘A Spectrum Condition’ will be raising money for Autism West Midlands, the feature screenplay for this film is currently under revision.

Lee has been a screenwriting and directing judge at the prestigious Top Shorts Film Festival and is also working on various projects. These include pre-production on his new British thriller feature film ‘On Our Own’, also looking for Producers for his latest feature screenplay ‘Together Apart’ and ‘Verifying Vincent’, an original TV show pilot.

With years of experience as a successful manager, Lee excels working with teams and has excellent budgetary skills. Presently running an Aerial Cinematography company called Elev8 Films, he recently filmed at the prestigious Winsor Park Half Marathon and also did aerial shots for a Bollywood feature film.

In his spare time he currently produces and presents a radio show all about film on a prominent radio station in Coventry, interviewing like-minded creatives from in and around the Midlands.
